About the Role

Role Overview:

As the Tech & Development Co-Founder, you will lead the technical development of the SkilWise platform from the ground up. You’ll work closely with the founder to shape the product vision and execute the technical roadmap. Your role will involve designing and developing the platform, implementing scalable solutions, and driving innovation in the recruitment tech space.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and scaling of the SkilWise platform
Build and maintain the platform’s backend, frontend, and infrastructure
Collaborate with the founder and marketing teams to align technical features with business goals
Drive technical innovation to ensure the platform remains cutting-edge in the recruitment industry
Oversee technical decisions, including architecture, frameworks, and toolsets
Maintain a high level of quality assurance and testing across the platform
Guide future technical hires and grow the tech team
Ensure the platform is secure, reliable, and scalable as we grow

Requirements

Proven Experience in platform development, coding, and AI solutions
Strong proficiency in relevant programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, etc.)
Experience in building and scaling tech products from scratch
Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to take initiative and make strategic decisions
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a remote team
Leadership experience and the ability to guide technical teams as the company grows
Passion for innovating and disrupting the hiring process
Willingness to take on an equity-based role in a growing startup
